A new state-of-the-art nursery in Welwyn Garden City welcomed some special guests for their grand opening last week.
Kids Inc Day Nursery in Parkway held a launch party of Tuesday, June 20, with families from across the town invited to join the celebrations.
They were joined by the Mayor of Welwyn Hatfield, councillor Pankit Shah, who came along to meet the children, parents and staff, before giving a speech to congratulate the Kids Inc Nurseries group on their work and welcome them to Welwyn Garden City.

Celebrity chef and nutritionist Tonia Buxton was also in attendance, with dishes from her cookbook made to mark the occasion.
"The event would not have been possible without the help of many of Welwyn Garden City’s local businesses," read a statement from Kids Inc Nurseries.

"The cake was provided by Twisted Cakes, the marquee was from BK Marquee Hire and the red carpet and floral arrangements were organised by Sororio Events.
"Kids Inc Nurseries would also like to thank Fizzy Parties for once again providing top-quality children’s entertainment."
