Hatfield South Post Office is set to reopen in a new location next month.

Unit 14 at 10 Hilltop Way will be the new home for the Post Office, opening at 1pm on Thursday, July 20, after the former site at 12 High View closed back in November.

Operating from 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Saturday, 54 hours of Post Office services per week will be provided for customers.

"We are delighted to soon be restoring a Post Office to this area as we know how important a Post Office is to a community," said Zoe Hall, Post Office network provision lead.

"The branch’s opening hours will make it convenient for customers to visit.

The original High View Post Office closed last year when Morrisons announced it would be shutting all McColl's stores across the UK following their takeover.
