CCTV images have been released after a woman was bitten by a dog in Welwyn Garden City.
On Tuesday, May 9, at around 11am, a woman in her 60s was walking along Ingles, near The Hedgehog pub when she was approached by a dog that leapt up and bit her leg.
Words were exchanged between the victim and the dog’s owner before the owner left the scene.
The dog was described as a Jack Russell.

Investigating officer PC Alanna Pearce said: “The victim sustained a significant injury to her leg, requiring a visit to hospital.
“The person pictured is believed to have been in the area at around the time of the incident and could have vital information.
