Harry Scully, a former Monk's Walk School student, represented Durham University on the quiz show.
The final year student and his teammates will compete against Bristol University in the finals, after beating the team in the first round.
The final episode will air on BBC2 tonight (Monday, May 29), at 8.30pm.
