A mum of two has said she is in a "nightmare" situation after her Welwyn Garden City home was flooded and left with mould for seven weeks.
Loren Braylen has been living in temporary accommodation for 50 days as her home in Eddington Crescent has been going through "never ending" repairs.
The resident came home from holiday to find her house flooded, with housing association Clarion taking three days to move Loren and her family into a hotel.

According to Loren, since she moved into a hotel she has had no contact with Clarion Housing and no updates regarding her home.
She says she does not know when she will be able to go back.
The most damage took place in the living room, Loren's bedroom and a small part of the children's room.
Since the water has been removed, severe mould spots on the carpets walls and furniture have appeared, leaving the family's belongings ruined.
Loren said: "It's very stressful living in one room. My children suffer from autism and ADHD, so they don't get on being stuck in one room together.
"The housing association want to move me somewhere else that will make the commute to their school a lot longer. We have no routine, and we eat hotel dinners so it's a nightmare."
A Clarion Housing spokesperson said: “We apologise for the delays Ms Braylen and her family have experienced in getting the repairs in her property completed.
"Our repairs team fixed the leak that caused the flood in Ms Braylen’s home and then needed to let the property dry out before continuing further repairs.
"We are committed to resolving the mould problem permanently following the flood, so we moved the household to suitable temporary accommodation until this is done.

"We appreciate how inconvenient it has been and our housing team have been in touch to provide the family with any support needed.
“The team will continue to keep Ms Braylen updated as the remaining works are completed as soon as possible.”
Loren and her family have been moved to a hotel in Stevenage, making it harder for her to commute.
