A man was airlifted to hospital yesterday (Wednesday, May 24) after a crash in Woolmer Green.
The incident occurred in London Road, with two vehicles involved - a Honda motorbike and a Volkswagen.
Officers from Hertfordshire police were called shortly after 1.30pm to reports that a motorcyclists had been injured, and a flurry of emergency vehicles attended the scene.

In addition to the police, one ambulance, one rapid response vehicle from the East of England Ambulance Service, and an Essex and Herts Air Ambulance were called to the incident.
The air ambulance airlifted a man to the Royal London Hospital in Tower Hamlets.
A spokesperson for the East of England Ambulance Service described the man as having "serious injuries".
