St Albans Magistrates Court – May 3
Bailey Ellis: 18, of Keynton Close, Hertford. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by St Albans Magistrates Court on January 23 by failing to attend planned office appointments. Fined £120 and ordered to pay court costs £85.
Liana Goldsmith: 31, of Lynmouth Road, Welwyn Garden City. On June 3 drove a Nissan on Hillmarton Road, N7 at 37mph when the speed limit is 20mph. Fined £80 plus ordered to pay victim services £34 and court costs £90. Driving record endorsed with 4 points.
Costel-Marian Dogaru: 29, of Ground Lane, Hatfield. On October 23, 2021 drove a Jaguar X Type on Elstree Way, Borehamwood at 43mph when the speed limit is 30mph. Fined £180 plus ordered to pay victim services £34 and court costs £90. Driving record endorsed with 3 points.
Stevenage Magistrates Court – May 4
Shiuam Sandhu: 19, of Burton Lane, Goffs Oak. On July 12 drove a Mercedes at Brookfield Farm, Cheshunt when there was no insurance in place to cover the use of the vehicle. Fined £774 plus ordered to pay victim services £309 and court costs £200. Driving record endorsed with 6 points.
St Albans Magistrates Court – May 5
Sean Johnson: 33, of Walsingham Close, Hatfield. On November 7 drove a Peugeot 308 on Leighton Buzzard Road, Hemel Hempstead when there was a proportion of cocaine in his blood and there was no insurance in place to cover the use of the vehicle. Fined £600 plus ordered to pay victim services £40 and court costs £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving license for 1 year.
Bradley Dolby: 32, of Vega Road, Bushey. On October 26 drove a Ford Fiesta on Aldenham Road, Bushey when there was a proportion of cocaine in his blood. He also drove the vehicle without a driving license and with no insurance in place. Fined £240 plus ordered to pay victim services £96 and court costs £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving license for 12 months.
Chase Casson: 38, of Uplands, Stevenage. Between September 28 and October 25 failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a Ford Transit who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £1,320 plus ordered to pay victim services £528 and court costs £85.Driving record endorsed with 6 points
