CCTV images have been released following a distraction theft in Welwyn Garden City.
On Friday, April 21, at around 3.10pm, it was reported that a phone was taken from a table at the Cote Café in Howardsgate.
Police released images of the person they would like to identify.
PC Joshua Fice, who is investigating, said: “We are releasing this CCTV image because we believe the individual pictured may have been in the area at the time and could assist with our investigation.
