Homes in a new development in Hatfield are set to go on sale this weekend as the first set of plots become available.
The new development on Old Rectory Drive - next to Onslow St Audrey’s School - will open for the public to view a new show home between 10am and 5pm on Saturday, May 13, and Sunday, May 14.
Residents will be able to get a feel for the collection of one and two-bed apartments and two, three and four-bed houses on offer.

The pricing for the mix of apartments and houses will start at £285,000.
Of the 87 new properties being built, 17 will be affordable homes.
