The Steamer Pub in Welwyn is set to open its kitchen today with The Meating Room.
Located at 22 London Road, the pub will "proudly" open its kitchen at 4pm today and will close at 10pm.
The Meating Room already works with three other restaurants in Berkhamsted, St Albans, and Harpenden.
Andi Nicolaou took over the pub at the end of 2022 and is excited to finally be able to add a food menu along with the drinks.

Al Hoque, the co-founder of The Meating Room, said: "We have three locations in St Albans, Berkhamsted and Harpenden. We decided to partner up with The Steamer as we were looking to further expand within Hertfordshire.
"The Meating Room was set up 10 years ago and has very much become a household name and a go to place to eat in our current locations.
"We felt that the product we specialise in (handmade burgers) would be a perfect fit for the pub.
"After meeting Andi and the team, we knew straight away that this was a partnership that we were very excited to start as the pub decor and setting would complement each other bringing something new and exciting to the area."
