The Safari Stars Nursery in Hatfield celebrated its one-year anniversary last week, with MP Grant Shapps paying them a visit.
On Friday, April 28, Grant Shapps and the mayor for Welwyn Hatfield, councillor Barbara Fitzsimon, joined children and staff for the celebrations.
Previously known as Bright Comets Day Nursery, the nursery was taken over and rebranded to Safari Stars Nursery by new owner Shital Shah last April.

Shital said: "It has been a whirlwind of a year and it has not been an easy feat but it has been so exciting to be part of a new venture.
"Despite the backdrop of understanding a new business, increased cost pressures, and recruitment challenges, I have truly loved every minute of it.
"Some of the most important people who have helped reach this milestone are the parents who have shown trust and see the value we bring to their children’s lives, and the dedicated staff team who work tirelessly to help each child develop throughout their journey at Safari Stars."
