Officers from Hertfordshire police have discovered a cannabis factory in Hatfield.
The site, in Cunningham Avenue, was located on Saturday night (April 22) after intelligence was received from a member of the public.
According to Hertfordshire Constabulary, around 30 plants and "vast amounts of equipment" were found at the location.

"Significant damage" was caused to the inside of the property, whilst residents who live in close proximity were also affected.

Sergeant Robert Wilson said: "Cannabis factories like this not only pose an extreme safety risk and fire risk to residents nearby to addresses, they are often associated with incidents of modern slavery, anti-social behaviour and exploitation of vulnerable people.
"It is important that if you suspect an address is being used to grow cannabis or prepare drugs you contact the police."
