Potters Bar firefighters took on three of the UK's highest peaks to raise money in honour of a firefighter who passed away from cancer recently.
David Lambert was a firefighter in Potters Bar who lost his life last November at the age of 46, leaving behind three children.
In memory of his dad, and to raise money for Cancer Research UK, Jack Lambert and the Potters Bar fire crew took on the Three Peaks Challenge, taking them to the heights of Snowdon, Ben Nevis, and Scafell Pike in 24 hours.

Jack said: "My dad was a fireman who devoted his life to his kids and helping others and we would like to give back."
Seven trekkers took on the challenge and successfully climbed all three mountains within 24-hours between Saturday, April 22, and Sunday, April 23.
Jack added: "It was a lot of hard work and a big challenge, but it raised quite a bit of money so that was nice.
"Once we finished, the climb felt really empowering and as if a huge weight had been lifted off our shoulders."
Although he is not a firefighter, Jack went into the challenge virtually untrained and believed it was his "mental strength" that pushed him to complete it.

He added: "The fire service guys obviously have that training and were better equipped than I was. It was especially challenging for me but mentally I was prepared while everyone else was more physically prepared.
"But it was really helpful to have so many of us to take on the challenge together as they helped from start to finish and I'm very grateful."
The original goal of the GoFundMe page was to reach £2,500, but after quickly surpassing that amount, Jack raised the goal to £5,000.
So far, they have raised £4,315 and hope to attain their goal soon on gofund.me/f59036d1.
