A number of cars have allegedly been vandalised overnight in Welwyn Garden City.
Many of the incidents appear to have taken place in the Peartree area, while others have been reported across the town.
One witness told the Welwyn Hatfield Times that her car - parked near the fire station - was damaged at approximately 5.20am this morning (Friday, April 21).

Another - of Great Break - claimed that five cars were broken into on the road.
An ex-police officer neighbour had reportedly chased a suspect away from the scene.

At some time between 12am and 7am this morning, another vehicle was allegedly broken into in Rooks Close, with medication and sunglasses reportedly taken.
Meanwhile, at around 4.30am, on Knella Road, a car on Knella Road was reportedly broken into.
An eye witness told the Welwyn Hatfield Times: "They took my coat, my bag and my purse.
"They also attempted to break into my neighbours car but were scared off by someone who woke up and saw them."
Further incidents of this nature have been reported on social media in Salisbury Gardens.
Hertfordshire police have been approached for comment.
