A wanted man from Welwyn Garden City is believed to be injured after a sighting earlier today.
Leslie Ruddick is wanted by police on recall to prison after breaking the rules of his probation, but their is now concern for his welfare.
Herts police confirmed that the 35-year-old was spotted near Boundary Lane at 10am today (Thursday, April 13), and they believe he has sustained an injury.

Ruddick has previously been fined by the court for stealing a Land Rover in Welwyn Garden City last year, while back in 2017 he was fined again for stealing from Poundland and Co-op in Hatfield.
