Community groups and voluntary organisations in Hertsmere are being encouraged to apply for a grant of up to £500 for events taking place on the weekend of the Coronation.
Hertsmere Borough Council want as many residents as possible to be involved.
National celebrations for the Coronation are set to take place between Saturday, May 6 and Monday, May 8.
Among the events which could be supported are a street party, a Coronation Big Lunch, or a get-together with your community group.

Residents could also choose to take part in a volunteering activity in the community as part of The Big Help Out national initiative.
In addition, organisers can elect to invite the Mayor of Hertsmere, Cllr John Graham, or Deputy Mayor of Hertsmere, Cllr Victor Eni to their event.
Anybody interested should indicate so on their grant application form and officers will be in touch to see if a visit can be arranged.
Councillor Meenal Sachdev, portfolio holder for community, leisure, culture and health, said: “We hope that by providing this grant we’ll be helping local people come together and be a part of this historic occasion and the UK-wide celebration across the bank holiday weekend.
"We hope to see a range of activities in all areas of the borough including street parties, lunches, and volunteering activities.
“We want to help people celebrate with their loved ones for a weekend of fun and festivities, so if you are planning an event, please contact us to see if your event is eligible for funding. We look forward to hearing what is happening in Hertsmere.”
