New apartments at Hatfield's High View development are set to launch this weekend as part of the second phase of the project.
48 one and two-bedroom properties in Hatfield Rise, starting from £284,500, will be made available on Saturday, with developer Lovell Homes expecting plenty of interest after the first phase sold out in just three months.
The homes are part of the wider development which will deliver 146 properties - 37 of which will be affordable - 18 retail units, and a new green space.

"Hatfield Rise is now an established development that makes the most of a superb location, which is just minutes from the town centre, the Galleria Shopping Centre, University of Hertfordshire and the Hatfield Business Park," said Jonathan Searles, new homes director at Ashtons Estate Agents, who are marketing the homes.
"Hatfield has undergone extensive regeneration over the last five years throughout the town including the train station and this provides a great opportunity to get into an area of potential growth.

Hatfield Rise has been developed in partnership between Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council and Lovell, as part of ambitions regeneration plans for the town.
