Green Lanes Primary School is tackling bullying by making sure pupils never feel alone.
The school now has a handcrafted bench, which youngsters can sit on when in need of a friend. The aim is to get pupils to help one another and include each other during playtime and break times.
Headteacher Michelle Johnson said: “We held a parents’ workshop, where they could find out how we deal with bullying.
“As a school we have no place for bullying.”
