A HEADTEACHER of a Potters Bar school is extremely proud of his GCSE pupils for their phenomenal effort in their year 11 examinations. Students at Mount Grace School in Church Road – a total of 42 per cent – gained five A* to C grades in their exams.
A HEADTEACHER of a Potters Bar school is "extremely proud" of his GCSE pupils for their "phenomenal effort" in their year 11 examinations.
Students at Mount Grace School in Church Road - a total of 42 per cent - gained five A* to C grades in their exams.
Head Peter Baker said: "This is another milestone in the improvement of our school.
"Our strategies to support and mentor students throughout the course have paid off.
"The students have responded very positively to this strategy and have made a phenomenal effort to do the best they can."
He added: "I am extremely proud of them all.
