AILEEN PATRICIA FARMER 'PAT' 08/03/1932 Pat sadly passed away at Hatfield Nursing Home on 15th July 2024. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Funeral service to take place at St Luke's Church, Hatfield, AL9 5JD on Tuesday 13th August at 2:00pm followed by a cremation Family flowers only please.
