Eric Hill, writer for the Welwyn Times for many years, passed away at home on Thursday, September 6, aged 86. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. He loved Welwyn, its history and its people. Funeral service will take place tomorrow Thursday, September 19, 2.45pm at Harwood Park Crematorium. No flowers please, but donations may be given in his memory to the Isabel Hospice. Enquiries to Austins 01438 714686.
