Patrick Thomas Jordan sadly passed away on March 12, aged 76. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral will take place on Wednesday, April 22, 12.30pm with a service at Our Ladys Church, Woodhall, followed by the committal at Southway Cemetery, Hatfield. Patrick will be received within Our Ladys Church the night before on Tuesday, April 21, 4pm. Flowers are welcome.
