THERESA OSULLIVAN February 2, 1931 - August 15, 2015 A dearly loved mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She fell asleep and left me sad I will never forget the mother I had Always ready to do her best with a heart so true and tender She devoted her life to those she loved All my days I will remember. Funeral service at Harwood Park Crematorium tomorrow Thursday, August 27, 4.15pm. Family flowers only please.
