Derek Smith sadly passed away on November 29 at St Andrews Care Home, aged 81. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Eileen, sons Terry and Phillip, family and friends. Funeral service to take place at Harwood Park Crematorium on Friday, December 18, 2.45pm. Family flowers only but donations, if desired to Alzheimers Society.
