HOWLEY CECELIA MARGARET Aged 95 years. Sadly passed away on 10th May 2021. A loving mother to her children Olive, Anthony (RIP), Sean, David, Gerard, Angela and Jacinta. She will also be greatly missed by her sons and daughters in law, as well as her many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Funeral to take place on Wednesday 2nd June at 11am at Our Lady’s Catholic Church, Welwyn Garden City, followed by a private family cremation. In view of the lifting of COVID restrictions, the church is able to accommodate an additional 70 mourners, so it would be helpful if you could let us know in advance if you would like to attend the church service.
