Passed away on 24th March 2022 aged 90. Beloved wife of the late Jim. Much loved mother, mother-in-law, grandma, great grandma and great great grandma. Teresa was born in Co. Mayo, Ireland and moved to England when she was 17. She lived and raised her family in Hatfield. Teresa was a devoted mother who enjoyed a long and happy life. A Requiem Mass will be held at St Peter`s Church, Hatfield on Friday 22nd April at 12.30pm TERESA CHATFIELD
