BLAX Xmas Ball line-up confirmed for The Forum Hertfordshire in Hatfield

Joining headliners Don Broco at the College Lane venue on Saturday, December 17 will be support acts Decade, The Zipheads and Sweet Little Machine.

The Xmas Ball will be followed by the UPRAWR vs BL?X Afterparty.

This will be headlined with a DJ set by special guests Shikari Sound System, the electronic alter-ego of St Albans quartet Enter Shikari.

Also appearing will be Mel Clarke, Stokes and Kidd LDN.

Enter Shikari frontman Rou Reynolds tweeted: “Well this is gonna be a BIG night! @DONBROCO @BLAXUK @ESSoundSystem @totaluprawr @Mellisa_Clarke”

Enter Shikari will headline next year’s Slam Dunk Festival in Hatfield for the first time. Don Broco are also on the Slam Dunk 2017 bill.

Like Enter Shikari, Don Broco – Rob Damiani, Simon Delaney, Tom Doyle and Matt Donnelly – are no strangers to the University of Hertfordshire Students’ Union venue having played the main stage of Slam Dunk South 2015 in Hatfield.

After releasing debut album Priorities in 2012, the Bedford-based rock quartet’s second studio release, Automatic, reached the UK top 10 last year.

The Forum date will be Don Broco’s last gig of the year and the band will play a full set.

General entry tickets for the concert cost £17.50.
